This policy describes what data ShoutDeals (shoutdeals.com and app.shoutdeals.com) collects when you connect a Fanvue account, why we collect it, and how to remove it. ShoutDeals is an independent service and is not affiliated with Fanvue; all data from Fanvue is accessed through the official API with the permissions you grant.

1. What we collect

• Account profile: your Fanvue name, handle, avatar, banner and the email attached to the account.
• API tokens: the OAuth tokens you grant, stored encrypted and used only to run the service.
• Statistics via the API: follower and subscriber counts, earnings aggregates, fan lists, tracking links and their performance, used to match, attribute and balance exchanges.
• Exchange history: the posts and mass messages published through ShoutDeals and the results they brought.
• Basic usage data: session cookie for login and minimal technical logs.

2. How we use it

Only to run ShoutDeals: matching you with partners, publishing within your offer limits, counting verified fans, balancing exchanges and showing you analytics. If you enable email alerts, the address you save is used for those alerts and nothing else. We do not sell or rent your data.

3. What partners see

Other creators in the pool see your public profile (name, handle, avatar), your tier and aggregate exchange numbers. They never see your tokens, earnings details or fan lists. The public landing shows live pool members and recent exchange events with public handles and avatars only.

4. Storage and processors

Data is stored on our servers with access limited to the operating team. We use infrastructure providers (hosting, CDN) that process data on our behalf. Payment data is not processed by ShoutDeals: all fan payments and payouts stay on Fanvue.

5. Retention and deletion

We keep data while your account is connected. Revoke API access at any time in your Fanvue settings; message us at t.me/shoutdeals and we will delete your stored profile, tokens, statistics and exchange history.

6. Cookies

The app uses one session cookie to keep you signed in. The landing uses no tracking cookies.
