Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ShoutDeals (shoutdeals.com and app.shoutdeals.com), an automated shoutout exchange for Fanvue creators operated by the OnlyTraffic team. By connecting your account you agree to them.

1. What ShoutDeals is

ShoutDeals matches creators into a pool and runs promo exchanges between them: feed posts, pinned posts and mass messages published from your account for a partner, and from a partner's account for you. Exchanges are tracked with Fanvue tracking links and balanced so that, over time, you receive roughly as much as you give.

2. Not affiliated with Fanvue

ShoutDeals is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Fanvue. We access your account exclusively through the official Fanvue API, with the permissions you explicitly grant during authorization, and you can revoke that access at any time in your Fanvue settings. Fanvue and related trademarks belong to their respective owners. Your use of Fanvue itself is governed by Fanvue's own terms.

3. Payments stay on Fanvue

ShoutDeals does not collect, hold or pay out creator earnings. All fan payments, subscriptions and payouts run through Fanvue under Fanvue's terms and payment processing. Any service fee for ShoutDeals itself is shown on our pricing page and billed separately from your creator earnings.

4. What you let the system do

When your offer is live, you authorize ShoutDeals to, within the limits you set in the offer:

• publish and remove promo posts and mass messages on your account for matched partners;
• pin and unpin those posts;
• create tracking links and read account statistics needed to attribute and balance exchanges.

You can pause your offer, tighten its limits or disconnect entirely at any moment; nothing new is published while the offer is paused.

5. No guarantees

The service is provided as is. We do not promise any number of fans, subscribers, clicks or revenue, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the service or of the Fanvue API it depends on. Counters and balances shown in the app are best-effort estimates based on API data and may be adjusted as data syncs.

6. Fair play and moderation

We may review, hold, restrict or remove any offer and unpublish any placement to keep the pool balanced and clean, including when traffic looks artificial, content violates the law or Fanvue rules, or an account abuses the exchange. New offers may pass moderation before entering the pool. Fans are only counted when they verifiably came from the promoting account.

7. Your responsibilities

• You own or control the Fanvue account you connect and have the right to run promo on it.
• You hold the rights to the creatives and texts you submit for partners to publish.
• You comply with applicable law and with Fanvue's terms and content rules.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShoutDeals is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the service fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

9. Termination

You can stop using ShoutDeals at any time by pausing your offer and revoking API access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sections 3, 5 and 8 survive termination.

10. Changes and contact
